Gum Creek Water serves the area just west of Jacksonville, Texas, generally along the west side of Lake Jacksonville and north on FM 747 to CR 3306 (Frys Gap Rd).  Service along Hwy 79 ends at the Cowboy Church.​​

Application for Service - This form is for new or transfer of existing service.  If you are interested in obtaining new water service, please contact our office prior to completing the application.  Application MUST be completed by the land owner on record with the county office.

Alternate Billing Agreement - This form is to be completed when property owners want their bill to be mailed to a third party (i.e. renter, family member or property management company).

Non-Standard Service

Non-standard service is any request for service to supply a commercial, industrial, multi-unit housing, more than one lot (subdivision), RV park, mobile home park, or any other type of service that is not a single unit home.   All such requests must be pre-approved by the Gum Creek governing board and reviewed by the engineer.  Details of our policy are below.
